What are exosomes
Exosomes are tiny extracellular vesicles (30–150 nanometers) released by cells. How exosomes work in skin
When applied immediately after Dermapen microneedling or fractional laser, exosomes penetrate through the micro-channels and reach dermal fibroblasts. Their cargo activates collagen production, reduces inflammation, accelerates wound healing, and improves overall skin quality at the cellular level.
Best applications in aesthetic medicine

What to expect

Regulatory status of Exosome treatment: what is and is not approved
This is the question most open to confusion, so plainly: according to the FDA consumer alert on regenerative medicine products, mesenchymal stem cell applications, exosome products and platelet-rich plasma are not approved by the FDA as a treatment for any condition. In Colombia, medicines and medical devices are regulated by Invima, and it is Invima registration that applies to what is used in this practice.
