Tensaskin in Medellín — Radiofrequency Skin Tightening
Non-invasive collagen stimulation and skin firming for face and body
Book your appointment
Tensaskin is a bipolar radiofrequency treatment that tightens skin and stimulates collagen production without needles, surgery or downtime. Ideal for early to moderate skin laxity in face, neck, abdomen, arms and other body areas.
How Tensaskin works
Bipolar radiofrequency waves penetrate the skin at controlled depths (3–5mm), generating heat that contracts existing collagen fibers immediately and stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen for 4–6 months. The result: firmer, lifted skin without invasive procedures.
Best treatment areas
Face: jawline, cheek lift, nasolabial area. Neck: double chin, neck laxity. Body: abdomen post-pregnancy, arms, inner thighs, knees. Tensaskin is especially valuable for areas where surgical lifting is too aggressive.
Recommended protocol
Most patients require 4–6 sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart. Each session lasts 30–60 minutes. Visible improvement starts after session 2. Optimal results 3 months after the last session as collagen continues forming.
No downtime, no needles
Tensaskin is completely non-invasive. Mild warmth during the session (comfortable). Skin slightly pink for 1–2 hours afterward. You can return to normal activities immediately, including makeup. The most "lunch-break treatment" in our menu.
Combined with other treatments
For best results, combine Tensaskin with: endolifting (deeper laxity), biostimulators (Sculptra/Harmonyca for volume), Dermapen (skin texture). The combination addresses all dimensions of facial aging — laxity, volume, texture.
Who is the ideal candidate
Patients aged 30+ with mild to moderate skin laxity, post-partum body skin, weight loss skin laxity. Not the best option for severe sagging (where endolifting or surgical lift is more appropriate). Personalized consultation determines candidacy.
