Endolifting prices in Medellín vary widely between clinics — and the difference often reflects very different things: equipment quality, doctor experience, and what's actually included in the price. Here's the honest 2025 breakdown.
Endolifting prices by area in Medellín 2025
Single area (jawline only OR double chin only): $4,500,000–$6,000,000 COP (USD $1,100–$1,500). Face + neck combination: $7,500,000–$9,500,000 COP (USD $1,850–$2,350). Body areas (abdomen, arms): $5,500,000–$8,000,000 COP per zone.
What's included in the price
At our Medellín practice, the price includes: full pre-procedure assessment, complete blood work and clearance review, the procedure itself with anesthesia, compression garment, post-procedure medications, and 3 follow-up visits at 7 days, 1 month and 3 months. Beware of clinics that quote low and add fees later.
Why prices vary so much
Three reasons: laser equipment quality (medical-grade 1470 nm units cost 5–10x more than imitations), physician training (a non-physician technician charges less but carries serious safety risks), and aftercare protocol (proper follow-up isn't free).
Financing and payment options
Most patients pay in 1–3 installments. We accept credit cards, bank transfer, and cash (slight discount for cash payment). For international patients (medical tourism), we accept USD and Euro at current exchange rate.
Is endolifting a good investment?
Compared to surgical facelift ($25M–$45M COP, 6 weeks recovery, scars), endolifting at $4.5M–$9.5M COP offers significant rejuvenation without surgery. Compared to ongoing fillers and Botox alone ($5M+/year), a one-time endolifting investment provides 2–4 years of results.
